James and I were having dinner on the Monday evening when we were talking about Lambo and how strong he was etc etc then literally two minutes later James got a call from Lambo telling him he had torn his pec benching 4 plates on drop sets!!
Well i know that feeling all too well and knew how potentially serious the injury could have been as Lambo had made some massive gains in his rebound. I was peed off not for Lambo but only for the fact that it could put him out off next year's British.
When i seen him two weeks ago i asked him to hit a few certain poses that the tear would be most prominant in ie front lat spread, most muscular an standing front relaxed and i have to say i was extremely relieved that the injury was no way near as bad as I anticipated, in fact it was hardly noticable at all Im glad to say.
I've told Lambo to take it very easy over the next few weeks and not to do any exercises that would aggrevate that area.
Our plan is to compete in the u/80s at the British as Lambo does not have to qualify as he placed second at this year's Championships.
I think we will be able to make some significant improvements as I have a full 10 months to work with him and improve on certain areas I feel he could do with.
For this year's British I only had helped Lambo out the last 8 to 10 weeks but I was very pleased and proud of what he achieved.
As I have decided to hang up my posing trunks for good

I can spend more time on him as I feel he has bags of potentail and can go along way in this sport.
We will post some videos up of us training down Temple gym in the New Year
