Right guys, got my first cycle sorted (i hope it all looks in shape but would appreciate any comments). Tell me what you think and would it be worth running all the other things alongside dbol (do i really need liv 52 and milk thistle?):
dbol 30mg ed for 6 weeks (10mg am, 10mg 1hr before gym, 10mg with dinner)
Arimidex 0.5mg ed throughout... will taper off towards end of cycle (will possibly take 1mg in my last week of cycle)
Nolva for pct:
day 1- 60mg
day 2-11- 40mg
day 12-21- 20mg
Things i will be running to protect my liver/ kidneys (all the way through past pct)
Liv 52- 4 tablets a day- 2 in am 2 in pm
Milk thistle tablets- 3 tablets a day= 900mg
(possibly taurine 8 grams a day to stop cramps)
What time of day should i take my meds?
Will taking the dbol with my dinner cause me to not be able to sleep?
