Last order from Myprotein

I think it's disgusting that members on here have had a go at the original poster for creating the thread, you may have had good service with MP but this guy obviously hasn't and if MP aren't doing anything about it then it deserves to be made public.
 
If everybody simply kept quiet and didn't make a deal when something wasn't right then these problems would happen more often. And don't try to pass the blame onto anybody else, the company had the guys money for over 2 weeks and he still hadn't recieved anything, this is nobody's fault but the companies and in my opinion they should have shipped the items off anyway and refunded him his full amount for the inconvenience caused.

yeah lets blame the courier even though he states in the OP a couple of times that the stuff was still 'in production' in the warehouse and hadnt been delivered to the courier...

I always read good and bad feedback on retailers/products/offers when I am looking to buy, anyone with a braincell accepts there will be the odd nightmare experience for one or two customers and those customers have every right to vent their anger and share their experience. It all goes into the same mix. Thanks for your feedback to the original poster. Sounds like you had a nightmare experience, but also sounds like MyProtein usually do a good job and judging on the poll below of who buys what protein, a lot of people on here use them. I have bought protein for years and had the odd bad experience too, the supplier always made it up to me with a sh*t load of free samples etc. Hope you get sorted!

Used MP for 2 years now for the majority of my supplements and never have a single problem, always have great offers on and my orders always arrive on time.
For my latest order i decided to give BBW 24hr muscle stack thingy a go and was also really pleased with their service & the free goodies i got, although the pouches are abit iffy to seal up.
No company is gonna have 100% amazing feedback all the time as mistakes are made due to human error, mis-comunication etc....
I would also be mighty pee'd off in this situation, just give another supplier a try.

Now will be looking at BBW and not recommending them to anyone anymore thanks to this absolute dire customer service - it's easy to ship orders when there is no issue, it's when there's a problem that customer service needs to step up and protect the reputation.

Did you get the free write straps? I was in the gym yesterday for a meeting with some clients (the benefits of working in the sups industry lol!), and a guy came up to me thinking I'd nicked his straps....turned out he'd made an order the week before, and got a pair of our free straps too, saw I was using some, and thought they were his. His were just in the corner by the squat rack lol :)

Cheers for the apology. The order showed as cancelled straight after the last phonecall, but I got a shipped/tracking email 2am friday morning, then 3 samples arrived on monday. Not had time to call to check if the rest was refunded or if the samples were a goodwill gesture, hope they were as it was the protein/creatine/bcaas that were always in stock that I was mainly after lol.

Will be recommending - cracked open the Choc Cookie today and jesus it's nice. like a mcdonalds milkshake but without all the crap in it! Well done on that formula whatever it is lol... also cheers for the straps, like TJL I was thinking of buying some anyway so bonus!

Thanks :) They're pretty strong too - I know I always hammer them on back day lol! The Choc-Cookie is lovely, been the best selling flavour for a long time now! Hope you enjoy it :)
