Brutal leg destruction tonight , hit my legs intense and hard. First time I trained them like this. Kept rest time with max 60 secs each set ..... was brutal. Intentions were to keep my squat tight deep and feet relatively close but kept feeling a niggle in my left knee.Because of this set my feet slightly wider, though still felt it in quads. Also tried not to lock out my legs to keep strain on quads, habit kept trying to lock out but sure in next few weeks ill natural not lock out.My Quads are fecked so I hit my aim for tonight. Heres the figures below : close foot squats 12x100kg 12x100kg 10x100 8x100 6x100 6x100 Leg Press : 200x12 200x12 200x12 200x8 200x5 Smith machine squat focussing on quads (was just messing about with this, keep my reps really slow) : 12x20 6x20 6x20 leg extension (not sure what the weights are , agin this is just random numbers on the machine) : 12repsx29 12x29 12x2910x29 10x29 Hamstring curls : 12repsx27 12x27 12x23 9x23 7/4x23

Been nearly 2 weeks since I posted my pics and weigh in . Weighed this morning at 14st 1 so dropped about 8/9 lbs. Plan to stick some more pics next week. Been training consistent an hard, not had opportunity to log my training , will do this week . Diet has been consistent too, brown rice / oats for carbs and chicken /steak for protein. Will log my session from today later.
