Less than 3 weeks till Holiday, need to lose more!!

Hey guys, My diet is in order last 2 weeks i been dropping 3/8 of an inch from largest part of my waist, whilst weight has stayed the same. I want to be in my best condition for my holiday. Currently doing cardio 6 days a week 3 times steady state and times HIIT And weights 4 times. Im considering doing cardio twice a day to get things moving faster? Carbs are already pretty low, on 50g on low days and 120g on training days. Any ideas,?

There is no reason really why you can't do cardio twice a day, although 6 times a week is already pretty good going. How long are your cardio sessions? Can you make any adjustments to your current diet?

Ive upped my steady state now to 40 minutes 3 times a week, and HIIT is about 20 minutes at the moment. Should I be increasing carbs in the last 2 weeks and descreasing fats a little so I appear flat come the holiday? High days cals are 2400, low days are 2100 kcal. Not sure I should reduce calories any more dont know how i would survive lol

When I have really wanted to get the chub off I have done SS twice a day, 45 mins in the morning and anywhere between 40-60 mins in the eve. Maybe try slipping in a couple of extra cardio sessions and seeing how you get on.

8 days left anything I should be doing to look my best? Possibly increase carbs so im not flat ? reduce fat Anyone?

keto if you want to shift it fast Agreed! But for God's sake take a fibre supplement. I didn't and had the runs for 2 weeks. Not what you want on holiday!!
