Hi guys, I've been reading up on leucine lately, and have heard many preaching about it's benefits, it being a metabolic trigger etc. I currently use BBW excel pre-morning HIIT and intra during heavy weights, and it contains some leucine among other things, but I was thinking to myself would I be better off getting a large tub of L-Glutamine, and Leucine instead? More servings + less cost. Has anyone tried supplementing with extra leucine lately?

a lot do add extra IMO its the most important amino when working out. as for getting large tubs ect some people do just have bcaas and flavour them but thats the problem they dont taste to good and Leucine is terrible for mixing in water as its not water soluble but there nothing wrong with making your own . BTW its at a fantastic price at oneon £4 for 200g delivered

Bcaa's altho not essential, can be excellent to use when training fasted. Otherwise if cost is an Issue I would just stick to acquiring my total protein count for the day and if need be get some whey protein or casein to supplement it.
ORIGINAL: Tomazi8 I want 50 dbol and anavar, if you haven't replied in 24 hours or say no you sleep with the fishes capiche? Cheers mate

The_Lone_Wolf You could add some to your post workout shake. That was where I was considering adding it after having read some articles on the subject ; good time to take it pwo for its signalling properties on top of using BCAA's intra. Hrm, worth a shot I guess, especially if the oneon leucine is cheap atm. Shall give it a try & see if it makes a difference after a few weeks. Have you tried it?

You're better off just buying a kg of BCAA's IMO... Cheap from oneon, mix 10g's with cordial and water and sip throughout your workout

I'm hearing a lot about Oneon lately! Shall see how they stack up when my leucine arrives. Still got half a tub of BBW Excel left that I use intra workout, once that's gone I'll give them a look see!

Standard leucine is sourced from human hair or feathers and made in China. I stick with Ajinomotos Instantised BCAAs which are of vegetarian sources. These are the main choice for hospitals and medical centres.
