      Thanks james yes alot better than I thought, have just trained delts and tri,s
      poor poor session for me more going through the motions too many distractions and
      leg bothering me, trying to just keep going this week and bang it back in next week,
      at least I havent missed a work-out, small consilation

          just had a look through your journal micky, you look great in the pic's i cant believe your 47, i would easily knocked 10 years off that. sorry to hear of your leg injury and hopefully it wont hold you back too much, good luck with your prep and contest.

            Hi Rex, cheers for the comments mate good genes I guess!! Leg getting me down  bit now unlike me but is quit severe the pain, hardly sleeping at night. Got a busy day p.t. so not going to train in limbo a bit at the mo, just got to take a day at a time!!

              hi mate hope the leg is getting better... i see on your diet you only get around 100g protein from solids.. do you take more from foods on your non training days.?  i know there are many views on micronutriants and its more important to get them in rather than not but i find i get better results in growth from solids...

                Hi Rich,
                 Would like to say it is getting better but seems to be worse!!Going to
                take time to heal so just got to roll with it!! The way I work dictates the way I eat
                probably not ideal but, it seems to get work for me as I have put more mass on
                in the last 18months well I hope so anyway. Will pop over soon see if I can complete
                a work-out haha. Will let you know via Ann and perhaps have a coffee with you if your
                about.

                                Had a rest day today, leg still bothering me alot, if I keep it moving its not too bad but soon as I stop it seizes up. Will try my power walk in the morning wasted too much time moaning about it just going to try get back to what I know!!
