That don't sound to bad then ,i know a few Rugby players who have put there knees out very badly.
I was mainly in to fishing when i was young and still am now ,so i just sat/it around all day long. 
Good luck with the knee anyway.

    Just trained back,Deads, wide grip pulldowns, wide grip seated rows and pullovers
    20+sets good sesh!!

        Helder I don,t get caught up in the weight thing too much I go more off feel, I lot of people forget it,s the intencity on the muscle that counts and if a weight is too heavy and it,s restricting your style it,s counter productive, I learned a good few years back to lighten the load a little and squeeze the muscle more, yes I still try and lift more when I can but, not at the extent of letting my style wonder too much. So thus the reason for no poundage put down!!

                                Not really stopped mate tell you the truth new I had to put on more thick-ness to my physique thats why I have taken time out, yes I still go over to Vinces at least once a week, be good to catch you there mate!!

                    Any chance you can put down your back routine Micky? I'm doing back later and would like to try some thing new.

                    Normally I do the following
                    Wide grip pulldowns: 2 warm up and 3 working sets,
                    Deadlift or DB rows:   4 sets
                    seated cable rows: 4 sets
                    Pushdowns 4 sets.

                      Thurs update, 30 mins cardio done a.m. really mad day training clients at diff gyms so only managed hamstrings and calves seated leg curls standing single leg curls lying leg curls 15 sets pyramid style last set then standing calve raise toes normal, in, out , normal, trained calves tues so didn,t want over-kill

Then trained biceps and delts on my own all good stuff!!

                                Just a little update on my week-end, no training at all went for a nice walk with missus and the dog sat no major pace though. Like to rest up week-ends ad bang it all in mn-fri. Eating not been great must admit too many cheats, still getting protein in every 2.5 hours, should be raring to go tomorrow!!

                                  I had a similar weekend Micky.. Nice long walk on Sat and Sun with the missis and 2 dogs but too many cheats. Yesterday was a large boneless box from KFC. The GF had 2 mini fillets and some fries. I had the rest ..I kept telling myself its chicken so its protein and all good. Going to really hit it hard thsi week in the gym.

                                    Cardio all done 30mins 6a.m. just trained chest and tri,s lots of supersets pre-exhaust style, all went well. weight fairly steady 14st 4lbs
