Morning...:)......have a good one...

Morning all, just had a horrendous two days had a christning on sunday and went for sunday lunch then at 1.30 in the morning got pains in the stomach which led to 12 hours non stop vomiting!!had to get a doctor called in was food poisening have just got up since sunday got hospital about my knee will try eat today see if I can get back on track!!

Morning Micky what a bummer, not that its the way to do it but its going to drop some more weight and your strength will suffer as well, but knowing you I am sure you will bounce back in a couple of days, hope all goes well at hospital with the knee, will you be making a phone call to thank the guilty party?? or just to give them a piece of your mind.  

Blimey!!!  I wondered if summat was up when I didn't see your Micky wander early this morning when I did mine...I've swooped in again to see if you were ok and read this!!!...poor you, food poisoning....really horrible...your tum!!!..ouchy...hope today goes well with the knee...I bet your tum is as sore as anything....sorry to hear....take care...x (errrm nothing pervy intended in that by the way, ya know..the x)...

that sounds bad mate, i heard a guy in the gym loo last night being sick so i got out fast hope your better mate, do you think it was someting you had a the sunday roast meal, good luck with the knee appointment

Cheers guys well good news is knee is all ok, peple at gym were amazed the weight I,d lost since sat!!Have a few programmes to do for people so bear with me will be done asap!!

Soory to hear about the illness Micky, but as they say, every cloud etc!! Had the same when prepping in 2006, but the water I lost put me well ahead in prep!! Still no consolation for when your feeling like sh*te leaning over the bowl!

Hang in there fella, few extra days eating again and you'll be back on track, take more than that to stop you. Glad knees ok. 11th at 10.30am is a date. L.

        Yes coming over around mid-day chest and tri,s mate if the old body will allow!!still finding it hard to eat, but will be ok mate!!
 
Cardio all done 35mins power walk see how I feel later for weights got to try get some kcals in me!!

Morning Micky.......just so you know, I gave myself a thorough whooping at the gym last night and I'm aching like an aching person who has applied special ache cream!!!!!....lol...I blame you natch!.... thanks....have a good one and hope your day is good....

I did manage tot train hams and delts nothing major but did some ,just the same, still struggling with eating, weight was 84.4kg this morning. Trying to eat a little often!!
