Mr.Condition Returns!!!!

i was there cheering Micky on, and i must admit i had micky in the top 3 in a very very tough class.. one of the toughest it must be said....Mickys done amazingly well considering all the knee issues and not being able to train legs proply for most of the year, although you could nt tell on stage he looked amazing!

Well done mate, your a true inspiration for any bodybuilder!

I know I'm biased to my two guys, but I genuinely had you both and Carl McVite as top 3 (Carl got 6th).  In honesty I thought Luke had you with his granite condition - but you had a more rounder, fuller and striated chest which really caught the eye and better hams.

I'm genuinely gutted you didn't get higher mate: I got that sinky feeling inside when you were announced.

However, once again this line up was phenominal and taking nothing away from Manuel who won, who was a bit of a dark horse outside who did look brilliant.

Thanks James yes I thought luke looked fantastic hard as, condition wise, I did come in a bit tighter on the sunday but, I think the judges had made their minds up on the sat, mores the pity, but will try pop in and see you this week for your future thoughts, once again a big thank-you for your help 4th best middleweight in Mr. Britain at 47 not too bad is it!!!

I was under the impression last year that the decision had been made the day before. Frustrating really when some are no doubt holding back a little for day 2!!

Yes Paul had dialed me in to come in tighter on the sunday so was a tad frustrating, sorry about the pic haha had sent it at 7 and never realized till I was getting in bed it was pending!!oops hehe!!

Well Mr Mckay, you did yourself proud. That phone piccy you sent me of your legs was unreal !!

To come 4th at the Britain, after numerous ops and injuries is nothing short of outstanding.

You ARE a champ, no matter what the placing. You've kept your head down and just bloody well got on with whatever was thrown at you and afterwards carried yourself with the upmost dignity and sportsmanship - if only everyone in this sport was like you.

I am very proud to call you my trainer, bloody awesome

Aw welshy thank-you for your comments,time for me to concentrate on my athletes fully, its been a long road perhaps too long the old bones need a rest now, what the future has in store who knows? I am definately taking next year out wether I return not sure, like I said in an earlier post will chat to James this week, get his thoughts and take it from there, depends if I have anything more to offer I suppose, wont rush into it what-ever I decide, just enjoying the rest......Ooo will be waiting on the postie coming!!!!

Hi guys, well been doing alot of thinking about my future the last two days and had a meeting with James to decide on what I should do, and I,m afraid we both agreed its was time to.............put on some more quality muscle and do this again!!!!!!Mr.Condition will return for some unfinished buisness!!

  No dates have been sorted as yet so, you all going to have to put up with me for a while longer!!!

  And a big thank-you to James for once again having faith in me!!!
 
  I do need alot of time to recover so could be a year but, I will return!!!
