Yet again how long is a piece of string, dosen't this depend on how much food and protein and cals you would be planning to consume in a day?? Healthy breakfast idea, whole egg, egg whites, cup of mixed veggies with Caribbean seasoning, cooked like an omelette, tastes alright for veggies with breakfast

        thanks fellas
i play pro rugby league, eat really healthy,
just looking now to bring abit more protein in and lower carbs and fat a little as the season is about to start,
i dont eat any crap, i.e crisps, chocolate, biscuits, sweets etc,
so i just though it would be a good idea to get abit more quick an easy protein in as i was running out of ideas.
i was just wondering what times of the day, and how much you guys would consume on a daily basis :)

I have about 250ml 1st thing and 250ml before bed.
I use them to make protein pancakes. if I just drink them then I throw in some sugar free squash.
