No? that sounds interesting though!
one thing i tried which helps the sugar cravings after meals are the dessert chewing gums from wrigleys - USA only but got some on ebay for £1.99 (16 pieces i think). really really nice flavours! though im not a massive fan of chewing gum.
glass of water helps too, atleast for me. i find if i get through 20 mins of post meal im not craving anymore, then have casein before bed.
teaspn of peanut butter
casein protein is a nice filler as reflex's 1 serv goes in 450ml, quite a big old drink!
espresso on an empty stomach will kill your appetite fast. smoking too (but i dont recommend that obviously!!! took me years to quit!)
other thing i do is make a chocolate protein cake and have some of that.
ultimately SASUK is 100% right.
other tips - cardio in the morning - anything even 5 mins. Skipping is good, if you live in a flat or no rope then just skip without the rope. kettlebells are great and youre out of breath in minutes. if you have a gdn get yourself a tyre and a sledge hammer, go and have some fun smashing the tyre up :)
dont eat carbs after 7pm (works for me even if i dont excercise and eat like crap! which i dont ofcourse anymore). you can load up on greens like hell, even a whole bowl full.
i drink green tea at night for years, dont think it has any effect on weight loss personally although it is a good drink to cleanse the system - caffeine free is better.
have you tried CLA? i know its debatable, but honestly ive started taking it again and whether its placebo or not im starting to drop again! could be i just need more good fats, but hey im on a roll so... no complaints at £16 for 40 days supply.
