When they thought Floyd was going to be in the nick, Arum said May 5th would be good for Manny to fight. Now Floyd is free to fight on the 5th and has openly called Manny out, Arum is saying May 5th is too soon and end of May/ beginning of June would be better....knowing full well Floyd gets banged up on June 1st.

The two fighters want it but I don't think Manny's owners do

Sure PBF will be able to keep fit inside, but Pacman's team may make the fight for a date soon after he comes out, limiting the time spent with his trainer watching vids and discussing tactics.
