Looking for a few differet supplements

Hey guys iv'e always had a bannana after training but I think it's now time to invest in somesort of simple sugars such as maltodextrin..vitarga..dextrose etc.. Iv'e never tried any of these so was looking for something cheap..bulk powders do them pretty cheap but wanted your advice on where to find a decent tasting and fairly priced product? ? could I mix any of these powders with my protein shake? will it affect the taste or anything? Also the protein I will be ordering is nutrisport 90+. Iv'e also heard that they can give you quite alot of stomach bloat? I just want something tasteless..no hassle and knock it back as part of my post workout regime. Im also looking for a multi vitamin and mineral and also something too keep joints in tick. :) thanks guys

you can mix them with your shake the only difference with the taste is dextose and malto will make it sweeter (can't comment on the other one as i haven't tried it). dextrose is noticeably sweeter than malto so i tend not to use it

Vitargo and waxy maize have no effect on taste.

I would go for 70/30 malto/dextrose personally. As for joints, fish oil supp defo, then MAYBE some glucosamine, then if pain occurs from training etc cissus. All these are extras tho and just options but I would stick with a basic omega 3 fish oil

Of the three you've mentioned vitargo is prob the best but also most expensive option. Not going to make much difference to a banana though if you're enjoying having a banana!

Agree with above comment on malto and dextrose, both sweeten your shake but dextrose sweetens it far too much and i gotta sweet tooth and thats only one scoop.
