yeah pretty decent, short date and only come in strawbery flavour though i think deep blue supplements do these bars quite cheaply all the time if youre interested.

you will find as the products come towards theyr "best by" date they normally go really cheap :D Edit: But unless your looking to buy of £100 worth of products you might want to know there's a £5.99 delivery charge :D

best before are only suggestions! There are 12 boxes in stock and i would buy them all as it is great deal only im not training so much at the moment and i have several boxes of MP ones at the min

Have you tried the tesco own brand meal replacement bars? Top of my head, 20g of protein, 220 cals, 6 bars for £3.50.

GazS Why not just make your own? convenience obviously. also i wouldnt trust myself to make protein bars of any decent taste/texture etc. 90% chance theyd go tits up :p also...its not as if protein bars are stupidly expensive like they used to (or at least seemed to) be.

Welshy_Pete Hiya any body got a link to the details of the tesco protein bar? I don't have a link, but I have a box infront of me. Had the stats a bit wrong... protein 17.1 carbs 22.4 fat 6.7 cals 220 Mostly made from soya. £2.49 for a pack of 3, on offer for £3.50 for two packs (6 bars). Not something I would use on a cut, but great post workout.
