what is your protien shake its more like a weight gainer?

also 5,8ft at 75kg i would say gain weight to 80kg but thats just me, not a lot of fats imho i would put more fats in and take away some carbs

for the diet meal 5 take away brown rice and add in more veg and olive oil

your using a weight gainer and you want to cut(lose weight) just buy 5kg of whey or a whey blend and for pwo(post workout) have 1 bannana and your sorted for carbs

yeah drop the weight gainer & have 2 scoops whey with a banana or 40g dextrose/maltodextrin.

Maybe cut the brown rice out of meal 5, and add some steady state cardio in the evenings some nights. Should do the trick.
