Ox: Doubt it, mate. Can't see me hitting it for a long while. 
 
DV: You should. This is a pretty easy training as the squats are light, but plenty of work gets done. I'm a big fan of it.
 
Jed: Yeah, t'is what I want. Form needs some work, so 75kg 5 x 5 is the target, with a good pause on each rep. Will give 75 a go next week to see how I get on. My goal is 100 kg at 99Kg, but I want to drop a bit more weight that that (haven't lost any in a while now - recomp, defo recomp)

Back and biceps
  • Beltless deads: 60 x 10, 5; 100 x 5; 140 x 2; 170 x 1; 190 x 1; straps: 207. 5kg  x 5, 5, 5, 5, 4
  • Lat pull down: 60 x 12; 75 x 10, 8, 8; 60 x 10
  • T-bar row: 2 plates, 5 x 20 reps
  • Preacher curl machine: 5 x 8-12 reps
  • Hammer curls on cables: 5 x 12 reps
  • Abs, rotator cuffs, stretching, walk in the sun after working in a room without windows all day
Well didn't get the reps on 207.5. Each set felt tough and the form on a few reps was staggeringly bad. Fifth rep would have been an almighty hitch. Really hard training, that. Deads still ain't what they were.
 
Some changes to plans. Away on Fri/Sat, walking in the Lakes so good for cardio, so think I'll do a bit of all over training on Friday. Last time I went walking a day after a hard leg sessions and kept falling over. Monday I'll do another all body workout, and then I'm to the UK's biggest light bulb to do some experiments for a week, so, if I've got time, I'll do some sprints, stretching and press ups and stuff.

Not far from getting those reps, pretty tough session start to finish.
 
I fell over after the leg press yesterday, was walking one of the 25kg plates to the 'tree' and I just buckled LOL

Strong session though mate, especially considering your current weight loss phase.
