Well I would go on a Cycle now if I would be home and end of story pop some winstrol and Ill be on the road I want to be but unfortently im in Afghnistan on a Military base so Its quite difficult to get the juice here where Im at and its against the police etc so I have to wait couple more month before I go pushing buildings :)
Where can I read more about timed meals and macros. Id like to know more about that like when to drink aminos, what is slow protein and what is fast etc.
You're trying to over complicate it
Seriously, put less in your mouth than comes out of your arse and you WILL lose weight. Keep protein to a MINIMUM of 1g per lb of LBM to prevent muscle loss.
Don't worry about the finer point you don't have long enough to develop it over time, as from what you've posted you're after a "quick fix" rather than a change in lifestyle.
Well you wouldn't......... If you have no knowledge of nutrition whatsoever how would you benefit from a winny cycle?!?
