Lost weight really fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I have a question about tablets that i was offered at a gym I joined a few years back. They were white and very tiny and didn't taste very nice, but really did the trick when trainning, give me great energy and really suppressed my appetite all day. I lost loads of weight at the time. I have since returned to the gym to find out it was closed as i would have liked to have rejoined to get rid of the few extra pounds that i have put on over christmas. So i don't even know the name of the pills? Would anyone have any idea?

i have found lots of overseas, which is making me wonder if this stuff is banned over here? never really delved much into fat burners

I wouldn't really classify it as a 'fat burner'.  The difference it makes to fat oxidation and metabolic rate are very small.  It's more the appetite suppressing effects people use it for.

Thanks for the reply, sounds like it and discription of a bitter taste would be it, "didn't taste very nice, I personally found them good bit jittery to start with, but worked a treat when trainning, but still didn't feel very hungry, was able to control what i ate a lot easier.

Still hungry- they could be T3 thyroid tablets, but they don't have a bittrer taste in  my experience.

I have used oxyelite pro, and found it really good, just very pricey as an appetite suppresent. Figure ill give ephedrine a go, seems decent enough, do you have trouble with customs over it?
 
Also are the people commenting on health issues overeacting? is it safe to take as long as the dosing is correct?
