Right, so my lead in prep week starts tomorrow..
I have legs to failure..... ummm, not really looking forward to this at all lol!
My partner is away so I have a friend training me.... he's a real biff! He goes for extremely high rep work... In fact I will post a picture in a mo!!!!. He has been briefed by my partner about what the plan is! basically this coming week training goes out of my hands and into my partners hands because otherwise I struggle to get through it. Well you know, diet head and all that...
Diet and lack of energy has been a struggle.. i've become rather unco-ordinated, and dropped two cups of coffee at work today.. ack!
Anyway... today I trained back/calfs and abs.
I mostly work on my lower abs because the rest are very defined already.
Calf training was 10 sets of 15 - calf raises and donkey calf raises.. well the machine we have for it.
I struggled with cardio but thankfully i'm not doing too much now..
Oh.... also, I have a lovely sparkly t-shirt from the UKBFF too - came in the post hehe.
Ok.. sorry this post may not make quite so much sense.. i'm so tired.
