Hey everyone!

Thanks so much for all the words of support.

I've had a very bad week.. not with my prep.. my partner isn't very well at all - with Weils disease from poluted water. He must have vomitted around 25 times on Monday alone. So it's really been quite stressful times. Thankfully he is still coming to Italy, but it has been touch and go whether he'd be able to make it.

Well at the moment i'm at home packing everything, so just wanted to nip online and send out thanks for all the support you've all shown me. I also wanted to thank the MuscleTalk team, along with my sponsors Extreme and Missfit, and all my family for putting up with my hard going contest prep this year!

I will try the best I can out in Italy. Im very nervous but going to try and enjoy the experience when I get there :-)

Just want to add - to Daz and the team competing this weekend - all the very best! I will miss not being at the British finals. It'll be a blast! have a wonderful time everyone and hang in there, only a few days till show time xx

I know many may  be interested how Lou is doing..

..well Lou is DOING GREAT THERE.

She was in first call out and also in other TOP call outs. But the class is extremely competitive. I mean SUPERIOR COMPETITIVE with many world champions in it. But Louise looks phenomenal and is definitely in the mix! Lets hope for TOP 6, after first round I think she is in it, but cannot promise anything.

Just heard from Kimberly that Lou got almost every call out and has qualified for the Final - so GREAT news there

That is a bit false information.

Finalists = TOP 6 you will know tomorrow.

Lou did made it from elimination to the TOP 15. And was in many call outs, specially in good ones. Many times was taken next to the World Champion Yulia Zabelina, which is a good thing.

They still have 1 piece round and Lou is on stage in a few.. I do have some photos, Lou hope u dont mind if I give a few here ? (like she would answer now :D )

With russian Maria Romanova, who also got good call outs..
