Hi Everyone... I have been taking USN Muscle Mass STS for a while now, but am looking for a lower protein powder (which doesnt cost the earth) I have heard about a lot of them for around the 100-150kcal mark but cant seem to find them in the UK (for reference, STS is about 400 per serving) Any help, brands, links etc is appreciated!

1gram of protein works out to be approximately 4calories. if you want to consume less calories then consume less powder it is as simple as that.

As above 1g-1kcal That's the energy value of protein, it doesn't vary. If you want to get a powder with lower calories per shake then avoid chocolate as that's highest in carbs (usually). Or even opt for unflavoured. But consuming a 30g shake you will never consume less than 120kcals.
