Low Carb Diet Critique... 09 February 2012 23:30 (permalink)
ok so im on a low carb 'Ketosis' like diet... I do 3 days low carb and 1 day high which is as follows-

Breakfast: protein shake (no carbs) & flaxseeds
Mid Morn: large portion of tuna
Lunch: 4 egg omelette
Mid Aft: large portion of tuna
Tea: 2 chicken breasts & veg (greens)
Supper: protein shake & nuts/seeds

I take EFA's, Glutamine, Green tea extract, multi vits & mins, ZMA and i take 3-4 litres of water per day.
On my high carb day i introduce sweet potatoe, oats, white potatoe and flapjacks to the equation and REALLY cram the calories in.

Im 6'2, 101kg, 14%bf - train 5x per week with an active job trying to maintain size but loose body fat

I think i under eat and it probably shows in my diet but following this diet i do loose body fat.
Should i have more carbs maybe? i think i get around 30-40g on low days and 300-500 high carb days. Some people say keep your carbs in and some say keep them out, suppose everyone is different.

The thing is im a big lad and worry im not eating enough, but then again i am dropping fat and still feel like im recovering and full of energy.

Any thoughts guys?

I'm not sure what your question is.

Your dropping fat which you want isn't it?
