Peanut butter and Nutella addict???
You sound like a school kid.
Get yourself a bit of discipline and start eating properly.

Stating an opinion on someones diet is very different to being rude whilst stating your opinion on someones diet. Your post above is the latter.

Im guessing your attitude towards dieting is as a result of you being a competative BB'er. The vast majority of people on this forum are no such thing and are able to diet effectively (within thier goals) whilst allowing themselves 'treats'.

Thought this may help a tad.

40g of flour takes approx 55g of water to reach a good smooth texture. Use 50/50 flour to water to make it very thick. It does also thicken up when its left in the fridge.

Ended up using it as a filling in the low carb fudge cake and on top of low carb pancakes. Still experimenting with this stuff as its remarkably versatile.

      Damn that cake looks good!

Glad you're finding use for the stuff, just wish they sold it here to avoid the hassel of constantly ordering one at a time

little bump for this gem! this has been saving me from going crazy liddy! not being able to have fat and an addiction to peanut butter was a losing battle, using this stuff everyday now, chocolate protein powder + peanut flour and porridge = winning

Yeah I've been making big pancakes (more like crepes) about 12" diameter and spreading hotchocolate powder and peanut flour on it, just like nutella with a small bit of sweetener and tiny bit of salt.

Roll it up and enjoy, so good.

Good find, but for less than $19.58 (inc. delivery) You can get the 907g pack + 453g pack.  Which is £12.35.
Better value importing it, but still a good find.
