Almost all the pre made soups have about 25-35g of carb/sugar per pot. looking to make my own.

any good non-meat recipes anyone? ive got a pretty good blender but tbh cant seem to get a decent recipe out of it that doesnt end up like baby food.

Maybe try some egg-drop soup?  Or lentil soup?

Broccoli soup if you want minimal carbs.

Boil broccoli in a pan of water, add salt for seasoning.
When boiled put the broccoli into a food processor/blender and blend slowly adding the water the broccoli was boiled in a drop at a time until a thick creamy soup is achieved.

        Serve,
        Taste,
        Add salt if required.

Could also blend in a cheese of choice or some sour cream ;)

I love Japanese and Thai flavours in low-calorie vege soup.

          You could try -
          Bok choy
          Brocolli
          Courgettes
          Green beans
          Chicken breast

Some 'real' stock, lime juice, stevia, fish sauce for flavour. Yum!
