Going to start a M1-T 4-AD (oral) cylcle in a couple of weeks. Week 1 10mg M1-T & 600mg 4-AD Week 2 20mg M1-T & 800mg 4-AD Week3-4 OFF Week 5 20mg M1-T & 1000mg 4-AD Week 6 30mg M1-T & 1200mg 4-AD Week 7-8 Nolvadex 40mg Week 9-10 Nolvadex 20mg Taking Milk Thistle through out the course. Does this sound right? I'm 26 5ft 10" 154lbs. How much in gains would I be likely to make? Thanks

At a 154lbs your a bit light. gains will be dependent on diet. You could easily hit 175-180lbs without prohormones. If your aiming for a bulk I'd up my weight unassisted, then hit the DS. May I ask why 2 weeks off in the middle? Personally I would run 4 weeks solid

Hi, thanks for the reply, I started at 135lbs so have put on nearly 20lbs through diet, but have hit a wall with weight gain thats why i'm starting DS. Must M1T/4AD cycles I have read on the internet have said 2on 2 off 2on, though if you feel 4 weeks solid would be better, I would consider that.

jrc1983 during those 2 weeks your going to crash. I would imagine that m1t4ad only has a half life in hours. Meaning it will be out of your system pretty quick leaving you with low hormone levels for that 2 week period.
