MASS ATTACK, IS IT ENOUGHT ?

At the moment i am using only MASS ATTACK as a supliment but I wanted to know is it enough on its own ? As you can see below on 30g of protein. If this is not enough what would you suggest to add too it that will not affect the taste. Typical nutritional breakdown per 100g Serving:[</font] Energy -- 457 K calories Protein -- 30g Fat -- 8.3g Carbohydrates Of which Complex -- 55g Of which sugars -- 15g Sodium -- 0.85g Calcium -- 0.76g Phosphorus -- 1.12g Zinc -- Trace Just something as a side note. Does Mass Attack have enough Whey Protein or would you suggest i take additionally? Also is there anything that it is lacking that i should be taking to get the best effect?

If you are having two shakes a day then depending on your diet, it should be more than enough.

What a stupid post, why people worry so much about one particular supplement is beyond me.... Look at your whole diet to work out if it's enough.
If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

^ Agreed. Define 'enough'? Read the numbers on the tub, factor them into your diet.

Yes that would be enough, if you want more protein or cals eat a chicken breast along with a mass attack shake. But really you dont want to be relying so much on supplements, solid food is better

Chill guys. I think Samtex has always been used to consuming at least 30g of whey after his WO. Therefore, since we do not actually know the % breakdown of MA's proteins, he would want to ensure he gets sufficient whey for his PWO shake. To answer your question Samtex, just purchase some unflavoured whey. Chuck a scoop or 2 in, and there you go. Or like I said in another thread, take a small preWO shake. These guys do have a point though, in the end, it boils down to your overall diet.

Mass attack is very effective at putting on weight for hard gainers. Its a good supplement that can compliment a good diet and seeing as some people cant stomach 6 small meals a day it does have its place. Post workout all you need is some whey and fast acting carbs. Maybe a bit of creatine thrown in for good measure.
