I was the first protein powder i ever used, then i got into the www.myprotein.co.uk one and they taste completly different. I just find the holland and barratt one tastes gritty and its more expensive.

Well a typical day for me is; 5.30am - Wake 6am - 2 scoops of whey with 50g-60g oats microwaved with water 7am - Train 8.15am - protein shake 10am - 150g cottage cheese 12pm - 2 chicken breast with stir fry/4 poached cod fillets with loads veg or my protein salad which consists of 1 tin tuna,200g chicken breast, leaves, carrotts, onion, 2 tablespoons of quark, gherkins, pepper, salad cream and maybe pilchards or mackeral if im feeling abit hungry than normal. 3pm - 150g cottage cheese/150g quark 6pm - could sometimes be same as dinner time meal with protein shake 10pm - handful of soya beans and cottage cheese.
