I have searched and found out some good info re Admin and Mods. But, I have a few questions of my own.

1. How do the Mods get to become a Mod?

You find the queens penny in your pint

2. dose the site owner decide?
He can barely make any descions sober so his wife does most of the work.

3. Can a Mod give an answer/opion without the site owners consent?

Dam right! If not every thread would be full of James jokes :(

4. Do different Mods have different Privileges?

Yes. We all get too molest Drab4, but each of us has a different tool to use.

5. Can a Mod delete another Mods comment?

There are no mods on MT.

We allow James to log in under multiple different user names. It was originally the lead Psychiatrists idea - it gives him the chance to explore and express his various different multiple personalities, and helps him to keep occupied on the ward. Myself and some of the other nurses will occasionally post as 'bodybuilders' just to check he's doing ok and to avoid repeats of some of the more unfortunate incidents.

Better go - Im late giving him his night medication already

My ten years at med school to become a psychiatrist actually diagnosed this as ‘It’s my f*cking site and I’ll say and edit what I want syndrome’ LOL By the way I self perscribe too!
