Didn't take long enough off mate being honest. stayed on for a few weeks and then took a month off, back on for 10wks and then 2 months off.Back on for 2months and been cruising now on 400mg every 10 days  up till I start my cutting cycel 8wks out.

    UPDATE;
    Still training natty, been nearly 5months OFF, and nearly 6months since i've had any androgens :(
     
    managed to stay same weight 88/89kg and get a little better condition, arms have got thicker aswel.
     
    Not to sure whether to do a mini cut for 6weeks Natty then jump on cycle 
    or
    Jump on now.... as my goal is to diet down to 86kg next competition so i need a solid 6kg muscle.
     
    Been enjoying training naturally but progress is slow to say the least.

    Starting weight 88kg

        Going to switch to 5meals now instead of 6meals a day, focusing on getting enough carbs, as normally i get about 270g Protein and about 200g Carbohydrates, see how i get on with switching macros.
