Had a good 2011, competed in 2 more shows and got in the best shape of my life, didnt make top 3 as i was 6kg underweight for my height in the classics where as everyone else was seasoned veterans from the U80kg squeezing down in to the classics.
I enjoyed competing against and meeting bigger and better BB's, they all desreved to be in top 3 and i know what i have to do, to make top 3, MASS MASS and More MASS
Pushed the boat out last year and stayed on B & C for 36weeks.......followed by a 4week OXY rebound LOL
I've ran a taper PCT as bigfella suggested for adam newby, but used Primo for taper as Bigfella said it is better than Test for taper.
Taper finished in mid Dec so i Have been off AAS since end of December.
6weeks off the Gear and i havent lost a single Lb yet, however, i look alot drier and pretty flat......until i train then i feel full again and dont know what the fuss is, so its a mixture of Highs and Lows being Off
I competed at 80kg and i rebounded upto 88kg in 4weeks and i'm still 88kg now, had to drop cals down as i could feel i would just be getting fat for the scales, i think taking HGH at 5iu's EOD has helped, but i'll never know, all ive really noticed is severe pins and needles in my hands even if i use a tv remote......weird
So all and all coming off after such a long time hasn't been too bad, more mental than physical, i notice no more morning glory or libido, yet once you get going everything is fine in the bedroom.
As for time off i'm not going to settle for the rule of thumb time on=time off as i will be off for a year, not happening i8n this sport, so i will leave it to science, not "Bro science" i will get bloods once ive been off for 12weeks, then every 4 weeks until i'm in normal ranges, once i am, its back on.
That'll do for now, no more rambling, time to grow.
