cheers LMC!! maybe my 180k is a bit to far away, even in 12 months, but i wanna set it quite high.. we'll see tho.. i think by the end of this epi/ pplex+tren x cycle my  bench may have increased say another 10k.. for the same reps.. we'll see!! ialways progress well on bench when usin DS's..
the racks are on large deadliftin/ weight lifting platofrms if u know wat i mean so they do them  bang on where i would be squattin.. they were in again tonight, cant be much older than 15-16.. good t see younger kids trainin and doin in properly, but when on their own they just take so long and sit down for like 10 mins between each set!!
yeah this cycle is gonna be epi and MTRN for about 4-5 wk, then straight onto either- SD+t roid or p-plex and t roid for another 4 wk..
money's a bit tight obviously bein back at uni so havin t cut back on length of use wi the epi.. although i may just buy another bottle epi and run for 6 wk and leave it there!!
we'll see

just buy yourself some proper gear ffs instead of that overpriced DS stuff lol

things is.. if i was just doin a simple 4 wk superdrol course it would be pretty cheap.. but cos im experimenting and stacking it is actually costin as much as a 10 wk test cycle would cost.. :-( does that make me stupid??!! haha

The good thing I suppose is seeing how you react to a course of orals.
Next step a cycle of injectables.
Then, a combination of the two and you're already fully aware how you'll react to all the compounds so they'll be no nasty surprises.

If you started looking at how much gear, food, supplements, everything else that goes into training costs you'd probably give it all up and take up a cheaper pursuit like chess or I-Spy

I'm a little bitter on the cost of "accessories" at the moment because I've just had two invoices for customs charges which suddenly make what was relatively cheap from the states now much more expensive. Bastards!!!

i know what u mean.. and i 100% want t get on an injectable cycle mate, its just circumstances at the mo which are stopping me from doin one!
but yeah, it is a pretty epensive hobby when u begin to start to further experiment with 'supplements'..
i know i react well to these orals, and when doin a simple cycle..i.e. a 3-4 wk SD cycle it is v cheap, and imo worth it!!
im kinda thinkin i may just do another SD cycle after my Epi runs out.. SD never fails u :-)

There's a couple of US web-sites I get supplements/DS from and even though one of them noted on the package that the value was around $30, I still got an additional customs charge.

Basically, the freight carrier (Fed Ex in this case) delivers the stuff but then sends a bill later.
The latest package though is sat at the post office awaiting payment before they release it, and I kind of need it for Monday!!

I think it still works out cheaper than buyinf from the UK, and if the US economy goes into free fall and the dollar worsens, it would be even cheaper!!!

well yeah ur right... things like epi etc are around $30 in the u.s. i suppose doin a bulk order could come in fairly cheap! im not clued up on the customs charges..
what would u be lookin at for a package around $100??
may check out a few u.s sites and look into gettin some stuff from there.

To be honest IB I saw no discernible difference between Dbol and SD. Both resulted in similar gains and similar (nasty) sides.

SD is by all accounts a steroid... the reason it was banned, it was very effective in mimicking AAS

like when u pass ur CBT is it? for motor nikes! u can only ride a 125 or somethin like that for a yr, then move up etc etc.. i started on SD when i was 21 t kinda get my feet wet, and seein as my current situation wont really allow me t use injectables, and cos i know DS's work for me, ive carried on..

it feels so good hto!! i had one of those new M burgers which was v tasty, wi large fries and a large diet coke.. also had 3 chicken dipper things and then half a kitkat mcflurry!!feel v stisfied now but i know it wont last .. :-(
i never go to Mcdonalds so i supose its ok to do once this yr!! :-)

anyway today has been a good day wi food.. eaten v v clean, and fairly low carb as i was gonna have a low day today.. but decided to go all out tonight!! could have eaten more but i would be beatin myself up so much tonight and tomorro about it!!
tomorro is legs and biceps day so fingers crossed ill get t use the rack again and get some squattin done!!

people laugh when you order a diet coke with junk food but they forget its a taste thing! i cant stand the taste of full fat coke

have ordered a bottle of tren x and one more bottle of epi.

have changed what i propsed to start with.

MTRN wks 1-4
Tren x wks 4-8.

hopefully should be good!!

wil then do nothin til maybe february, and im goin t try that decabolan from ians shop. the Superdrol, PPlex and Hdrol all in one compound! will run that for 4 wk while at a slight calore deficit. should help me hold onto some mass while reducin cals and tryin t slowly but surely drop some BF.. that will kick start my cut which i plan to do until i feel good about it! no goals for it yet, not gonna say im gonna get t 'x' amount of weight or 'x' amount bf%... think im gonna try get comp ready.. see what it takes!! :-)
