my weight at the moment is probably hovering around 16.5 stone mate.. maybe (i hope) a little more.. maybe around 16 st 8-9 lbs, at 6"2.. so i still have plenty more growin to do! i hope! haha cheers fella!! today- Squats- 160k x 4 130k x 9 Front squat- 20 rep set x 60k..- ouch!!!!! SLDL's- 90k x 10 - lower back pumped to f*ck at this point.. had a good few warm up sets tho so hammies felt good and fried. Stranding calf raises- 90k x lots > DC style.. ouchie McOuch! Db preachers- 20k x 9,4,3 EZ bar curls- 50k x 11 . straight set. felt awesome DB pinwheel curls- 24k x 9, dropset, 16k x 7 good session. body feels good although lower back is pumped no end!!! off t tesco t stock up! will be back on later

they are hammer curls really. but when u curl them across ur body.. not like a regular hammer curl when u curl it in front of u. check em out on youtube.. much prefer these to normal hammer curls, but i do both of them out of 2 of my 3 upper bosy sessions so i get all bases covered! :-) squats felt ok.. little twingy in the knee but aint squatted for around 2 wk so im happy wi 160 x 4... give it another few weeks if i can get some solid consistency back into th squattin regime and that should be goin up hopefully!!

I see now, checked youtube for the pinwheel curls, there pretty much how i do them actually, didnt know they were called that though. I take it the "scrotes" wern't occupying the squat rack again then

they were there but only two of them.. the girls werent there who usually train with them so there was a free side to the rack.. but it was the one which is not in the mirror!! :-( i preffer to squat in the mirror to check my form etc! ah well... anyway.. gonna call it an early night.. gonna chill wi some food nd a film.. chat tomorro fella!

cheers mate!! haha.., stick with the bench press mate! although if it seems like decent substitute now and again go for it! not sure what 150k on amachine would equate to on bench.. its wierd.. good lifitn tho fella. ur weights have stayed consistent since startin pct so all must be good! t roid and the other bottle of epi arrived today :-) gonna start th t roid tomorro.. will be 50mg epi ed, 90mg t roid ed and 6mg MTRN pre wokrout on trainin days. cant wait!

40 felt good.. but i reckon i can get more out of it t be honest mate.. plus i have one more full bottle left, so runnin it at 50 mg with hat i have left of the other, should run me around 20 days ish, which would be around 6 wk overall for the epi.. :-) lookin forward to seein what the t roid has to offer!

ok so tonights session- trained at uni today! such a sh*te gym!!!! bench- 140k x 5,3,2 <--- up to 145k next session standing DB press- v p*st off. the uni gym has had 3 or 4 Db's broken and havent bothered to fix them yet, so there is 1 34k DB,1 32k Db and 1 30k DB.. so i had t use the 28's which were too light so i went for higher reps. 28k x 12,6,5,3 - added an extra set.. Dips- BW +40k x 12,5,3 <--- too light. felt good on these tho!! DB lateral raise- 16k x 12 BB rows- 115 x 6,5, reverse grip 100k x 8 CG pull downs- 95k x 8,5,3 <--- felt good. will up weight next time. Face pulls- 45k x 13,6 Cable rear laterals- 10k x 10 decent session. bench was good, but most other things after were a bit light!! was teachin my mate the new routine so concentratin wasnt 100% on my game!! things are feelin good tho. started the tren x today, 90mg a day, epi @ 50mg a day and MTRN @ 6mg pre workout

yeah lookin forward to it kickin mate.. strength has already gone up nicely off the other 2 compounds in the 3 wks ive run them so lookin forward to what the next 4 wks has t offer with the tren x involved too!

todays session will be- front squats leg press ham curls pull throughs calf raises incline db curls ez bar curls hammers or reverse grip curls trainin at the uni gym today so fingers crossed the 1 squat rack they have will be free. head is still up my arse a bit but trainin seems to have been ok while my head has been firmly shoved up my rectum!! hopefully this will continue....

no mate. front squats will be done like- 2-4 reps 6-8 reps followed by a 20 rep leg press set i rotate which i do the 20 reppers on every wk,same wi the heavy sets too haha.. sounds proper cheesy and 'profound', but the gym just kinda helps me forget everythin else!! whack on my music and just in the zone for an hour or so.

ok.. front squat- 110k x4, 100k x7 - felt good on these.. will get 115 for 4 i reckon next time quite easy. just had trouble with keepin the weight on my front delts. leg press 20 repper- 120k seated ham curl- 65k x 8,5,3 pull throughs- stack x 11 *** need t get used to the pullthroughs i think. need tofind ideal feet position etc. but can def see them bein useful. smith standing calf raises- 60k x 11, 6 held the stretches at the bottom for ages, these felt v good. calves were screamin at me!! DB curls- 24k x 8,4,4 straight bar curls - 40k x 9 hammers- 22k x 9 + 5 (both db's together for last set, poor form, just t beat the crap out my arms) ** had t go lighter with the bicep routine as the DB's still havent been fixed and it was definately bicep boy day at the uni gym. im gonna try not t train there as much as poss cos it really is goin down the sh*tter!! theyre spendin around 50 mil on a brand new gym/pool/ development centre in the car park of the uni now tho which wont be ready til 2010.. when i graduate ...:-( decent session tho.. PB on the front squats.

If you havn't, try having a wider stance like a sumo deadlift on the pullthroughs. Good work.

cheers gents.. yeah i think with the pullthroughs it will take a couple of bashes before the form is nailed. stanmce was fairly wide but yeah i could go wider like sumo stance! i seemed to be leanin quite a lot into it too. i.e. leanin away from the stack.. even when stood up?? we'll see, i'll have a play around with stances etc.. cheers again guys! yeah front squats felt good. should be up in weight next time which is good.
