haha.. cant wait mate..not so sure on the cheap bit tho :-( apparently berlin is fairly pricey!! :-( today- felt really sick today, but dint wanna waste a session, so dropped the squats as i would most definately spew, and did a DC upper body session.. felt awesome!! havent done them in ages.. Incline bench- 115k x9,4,3 Standing OHPP- 80k x9,5,3 Straight bar pushdowns- 97k x15,8,5 Wide grip pull ups BWx 10,8,7 DB rows- 55k x8,5,3 <--- did these like, all 3 rest pause sets on right arm, 1 min rest, all 3 rest pause sets on left arm. felt like a great session.. why i ever stopped doin DC i'll never know :-( haha.. gonna do the leg session tomorro and then another upper on friday.. then berlin sunday til friday, then resume normal practice the following monday... thinkin, when i start my cycle i will revert back to DC, as its bloody brilliant :-)

Dc is that 1 set to max, very short pause and repeat yeah? Sounds harsh if you do it right, Mike Mentzer style with sprinkles on top Solid session for someone who felt like chundering

yeh turned out well DV.. yeh DC is take fist set t failure, usually around 6-10 reps, followed by 15-20 sec rest, repeat, rest, repeat.. tis good. harsh as and the pump is sick.. but tres good!! Scott- yeeh weights are still up there mate.. over head today was proper hard cos it was after the inclines, been sending 95 k on the standing overhead work recently for my sets of 6 so im chuffed wi that.. next cycle, will prob have t wait til new yr.. but thats when i get my next loan installment.. im thinkin either, test and tbol test and deca, or nandrotest (prop and npp).. we'll see how much cash i have :-)

Nandrotest means regular shooting, EOD or min of 3xPW really. Can be an unnecessary hassle when test and deca is basically the same thing with less freguent shooting (plus more guaranteed to get pahrma, nandrotest will be UG). No harm in running the same again either tho as you did well of it last time.....

yeh i understand about the frequesnt jabbin, im just likin the sound of npp from what ive read, and the low water retention etc... plus, all my gear will be UG anyway... we'll see mate i may just run some test again but up the dose to 750, and throw in some superdrol and adex also.. we'll see :-) legs tonight DC style- 20 rep squats :-( ouch. gonna do them fronties too.. will try 20 repper with 90-100k on the bar... will take about 4 mins t do them all.. haha

well... ouch!! great sesh tho, strength up again!! Front squats- 125k x 7 reps --- UP IN WEIGHT FORM LAST FRONT SQUAT SESSION, AND UP IN REPS 90k x 20 reps --- BUUUURRGGHHHH... OUCH!! amazin pump afterwards though. Lying ham curls 67k x 9, 5, 3 with 10 sec negative at the end. Smith calf raise- 40kx25 --- long stretch at the bottom of each rep.. NICE!! EZ curls- 55k x 9, 5, 3 DB pinwheel curls- 28k x 12 reps - nice slow reps. good session.. really do love the DC stuff.

haha.. forgot t update the session. was flat bench- 130x8, 5, 3 Seated hammer strength shoulder press- 75k (stack) x 8, 4, 3 rope pushdowns- 35x12, 10 , 8 pulldowns- 105kx7, 4, 2 seated row- 85x8, 5, 4 was a v good session.. felt good, strong and was pumped t high heaven. happy enough with the benchin too.. havcent flat benched in anbout 2 months i think, plus i dint have a spotter, could have probs got 10-11 out on the 130 1 st set but was bein cautious.. anyway, stil up cos im gettin my bus to west midlands airport at 2.30 from uni.. lookin forward toi the trip.. spk t u all when im back :-)

HEY HEY HEY!!! im back..... seriously, had the best 5 days ever!! Berlin is one F*ckin amazin city.. saw so many amazing buildings etc out there...spent each day hung over from the night before, and ate soo much shi1te but it was worth it.. glad t be back, but i definately had the most amazin time.. headin t the gym later so will update with a session.. DV- congrats on the overheads matey :-).. will be back to my posting best over the weekend.. cheers for the msgs tho guys :-P u guys.... awwwww

reet, back to the grind!!! had yesterday off as was still feelin dodgy from berlin antics.. trained with my coursemate today at his gym so did a straight forward session.. was gonna do chest and forearms, but ended up doin chest and some back.. bench- warm ups- 60x15 80x10 110x8 sets- 140x5 120x12, 4, 3 --- DC style, 15 secs between each set Incline DB's 38x12 45x10 50x6 cable crossovers- 40kx12*3/ each set supersetted with BW dips DB row- 40kx8 45kx8 50kx6 55kx6 all sets done with 45 sec rest between each set. Hammer strength pulldowns- 40kx12 80kx12 110kx6*2 BB shrugs- 80kx15*2 smith shrugs- 60kx10/ behind the back shrugsx10*2 good session, although still not feelin 100% so felt pretty sick.. weights seemed decent enough tho.. his gym was full of proper meat heads too.. was class!! :-)

LOL god you make me sick, a week off, pickling yourself and then hit 140 and blast out 120 like it's a warm up set..... Nice. I would have expected to see a bit more on your shrugs, altho you'll have a full squeeze there rather than the 2" head bob many pass off as a shrug. Good work tho, hope you stretched as you'll ache tomorrow, and the next day.

yeh i can shrug more mate, but i never goi that heavy with them to be honest..i prefer a full contraction and extension etc..plus i usually hold them at the top for a second or 2..

Could be the result of the week off, no training etc and I find things tighten up. Get a coupel of sessions under your belt and you should, fingers crossed, be all good.

today- front squats- worked up to a heavy set of 120x5-- pretty comfortable, but that was my goal today due to the mini lay off..will be back to 125 next wk im hopin. BB 1 legged SLDL's- 35kx8*4 -- pretty quick sets superset- lying ham curls/ leg extensions 60kx20 / 20kx20 finished with a couple of sets of 20 rep EZ curls and a couple of light hammer curls.. nice session to ease my lower half back in to the swing of things as back is a little funny.. felt good tho, squats were fine.. lookin forward to next week gettin back at it full throttle watched that movie, 'paranormal activity' last night in the house wi the lads.... pretty sketchy film!! not as scary as we were expecting but still, was a bit wierd...

yeh everythin started t feel much better as i got a bit heavier. the bars just in front of u mate, the none working leg goes up in the air behind u as u lean down with the bar :-) really good tho mate seriously.. less stress on the back

ok, so just done a 'Barbell Complex' in the garage.. the cold air made it f*ckin haaarrrddd!! complexes are basically circuits, but the weight is never released from ur hands.. it went like; Deadlift BB row Hang clean Push press Back squat Jump Back squat press ( shoulder press at the top of the squat) Good mornings Lunges **crappy york barbell with 20k on it** initial idea was to do; 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps, with a minute between each round.. i got to 3, and the air was killin me.. so waited 5 mins or so and hit the 6 rep round again then packed in.. was awesome tho, legs are pumped t high hell and i feel ruined!! will be doin these twice a wk on off days, with another cardio day thrown in on an off day also.

haha, cheers fella.. eerrrmm, no pics at the moment mate no.. im tryin to fix the digicam my parents gave me the other week, if i manage that then i'll get some up.. but in terms of stats, im 6'2.5 ish 16 st 9-10 ish approx 14-15% BF, but somehow with visable abs.. :-) i dint do any pics pre/during or post cycle either unfortunately.. but i'll get some up at some point whne camera is fixed.. camera on my phone, although not a bad camera, doesnt really take a good 'whole physique'photo..

mate had a tape measure lying about in his house today.. decided to take a few measurements wi my housemate messin about.. did my calf :-P, 15 inches hahahaha did my biceps, 18 inches :-).. i find it totally ridiculous that my arms are 3 inches bigger than my calves!! takes the p1ss... this will be corrected :-)
