yeh the first time i did them, i thought i'll do 30 first set, then probably sets of 15, but that plan went downhill quickly.. the pump catches u so quickly its horrid!! im honestly thinkin short bursts at it would be best, so- 5 pressups 5 secs rest 5 pressups 5 sec rest, etc etc etc... i reckon that would get u a pretty quick time..that would get u near enough 90 in 3 minutes, and if u felt a bit more in the tank at some stage u could blast out10 or so now and again... :-)

well, no trainin over the xmas period at all :-( my gym back at my folks place was ruined by the floods that hit my town, im sure many of u will have seen them on the news in Cockermouth cumbria.. ah well!! i feel flat as a pancake, diet has been.. well, u understand! :-(.. far too much drinkin done too! but had a great xmas, my last in england for a while i think as my folks are movin to spain on 14th jan, sop thats bye bye the family home and bye bye to cumbria, the palce i was born and brought up!! feelin quite sentimental about it all as i love the place, but the new house in spain is fantastic and i cant wait t get out there in a couple of months.. will be hitting the gym tomorro and weds, then maybe some cardio on the weekend, then back to normal as of monday!! will be starting the routine i have just started again as it is a set program with progression etc all factored into each week.. so here's to 2010 guys.. hope u all had a great time with ur families on xmas day! :-)

Wow, dude, sounds mad. I've never had that sentimentalilty of a family home as I've moved house soooo many times (and parents divorced) but I have always been in the same area. Must feel strange..... as will a warm Xmas next year Glad you had a good one, been wicked here too what with <<<<< him and Santa, but only junk food for us, no boozing

Blimey, yeah that will be tough. I've also moved backwards and forwards between my folks. We don't drink but we aren't tea-total. Just not worth it or never makes sense. Not against it, just have better things to spend my money on. And working evenings it's nice to actually stay in and chillax rather than always going out. Don't forget, I'm 37 with kids too.........

You can 'subscribe' to journals/threads mate. Go to the top of the page and select 'subscribe to this thread'. You can do the same with other peoples journals/topics of interest. Then in the top left hand corner, click 'forum menu' > 'subscribed posts' and vwola. I've subb'ed to about 20 journals/topics, rarely venture outside of them nowdays

cheers mate.. im hoping the little lay off wil act as a kind of kick up the ass too, and maybe blast thru the snumbers i was at just before xmas.. think i managed 145x4 a couple of weeks before xmas, so hopefully with some good solid eating and training behind me i'll be up past that by the end of the month.. then i'll get on my cycle then and see what happens :-) slight bummer tho.. im goin snowboarding on the 21st march, so that will be like wk 7 of the cycle.. not sure what t do!! would i be alright takin a wks worth of orals to austria u reckon?? plus im goin to see my parents in spain mid feburary for a few days, so thats another small lay off, and also another time i will have t take orals abroad.. as far as jabs go, id probs just load up and jab my wekly dose in 1 as to not miss out.... any ideas DV??

I wouldn't risk taking anything abroad, arguably you could tub some up in a vitamin pot or something but TBH, it's not worth the potential trouble or hassle. I would either plan the start of your cycle so that there is minimal interruption or just cycle the oral side of it differently

Well it won't be hugely bothered by the injections, as you said you can preload before you go. So that side is perfectly workable, but while the orals may be fine, it would royally screw up your stay if you had a few hours wasted in customs getting quized and searched. Could you save the orals to run at the end of your course or for another time in this instance?

Yeah, probably best. The odds are you'd be fine, I'm sure, and it's not like you're taking over a case full of drugs.

yeh, with the injectible i'll just jab my weekly dose in on ebefore i go, but im not keen on havin a wk off the orals while im away.. or could i?? lets say i went away in the middle of my cycle, could i get away with doin 4 wks of orals with the test, then week away, the restart the orals when i got back for the last 4 wks of the cycle?? i'll have a chat with someone to see if they have taken orals abroad before, especially into europe.. but yeh i can see it not bein a great idea!!

I don't see a prob with it mate. As long as you're not on short esters then you'll be covered for the holiday so a week off orals wouldn't hurt that much. I took orals away a couple of times but wouldn't risk it now.

You could run the orals like that fine, they are faster acting so it won't take the 4 weeks to 'kick in'. You could time the last 4 weeks so that they end the day before you start PCT

It's always the same for me, pull work (legs and back) are, and were, fine after a lay off, but pressing work REALLY suffers. Thankfully this time wasn't as bad as usual and I'm already back in the ball park, but usually it takes me a month + to get the numbers back

Ah man, that dinner sounds good. That avatar film hasn't really grabbed me TBH. Not seen it and probably won't as I'm fed up with being ripped off at the cinema. Not one I'd rush to get on DVD either, even with my new TV Did you wear those cool glasses then?

haha..Yogi bear was one of my favourite cartoons when i was younger so its a kind of take on that :-) haha.. well, i dont have any pancetta or blue cheese, i decided this after noon not t buy any.. gonna be good mon-fri, and ease off slightly during the week.. almost a full week back in to things and im lookin like i dint even have time off so im very happy wi that!! was tres worries that the time off had done some serious damage as i do like to 'take things to the extreme' at times.. no more tho!! :-)
