You've just reminded me how much I hate you LMAO.

Good sessions mate, really good OHP work for the time off then, probably just a simple loss of timing that you'll get back in no time.

haha.. well ive hit a stumbling blockl with ordering my cycle..:-( looking to rectify it ....
just back in from the gym-

Bench-
130x7
145x3 ** last one was assisted
135x5 ** as above ^^^

DB flat bench-
34k x 20
34k x 18 - up in weight and reps on both sets from last week

Seated wide grip row // supersetted with // Straight bar pushdowns
77k x12 // 77k x12 * 4 supersets

DB shrugs // supersetted // DB lateral raise
32k x 12 // 12k x 12 * 4 supersets

Complex-
35k
2 rounds
deads, BB row, Hang cleans, Push press, Squats - x10 reps of each

decent session. wasnt massively happy with the bench work. dint get the last reps on the last 2 sets :-(, felt like i dint have any power.. need t increase cals as i felt a tad lethargic too!! i know im not eating as much as i should be so this shall be rectified! :-)

haha... yeh mate, i even checked before i went for lunch!
i saved my work, closed 'word' down, then restarted it and checked the file, and it was there on my USB stick.. went for lunch, got a laptop from my school and opened the USB only to find that it had created a corrupt file and had also wiped the content from the file i had saved, and saved it as an empty file with the same file name!!!!f*ckin fumin seriously... luckily i saved all my references so i managed to find a lot fo the work i had done, so im not all that far behind where i was...but i would have been finished by now if it hadnt of been lost!!!

t'is twice in a month this has happened now tho... really p1ssin me off

Re: RE: Makin Moves The MAX-OT Way... - 18 January 2010 16:52
so, have been thinkin about this upcoming cycle..
thinking realistically regarding money etc.. with moving house again into a more expensive place i need t try keep some money back.. i may just stick with a low dose test cycle for 12 weeks with var throughout.
im really not happy with my condition at the moment! along the way something has changed and ive added a bit of fat, maybe been slightly off with my diet without really noticing. so from now on, i will be tracking what i eat on Dailyburn on the net. im thinkin the proposed cycle may now become a cutter! not all out trying to get shredded cut, but with the acrdio i am doing, and decresed cals i think it work out very well. the var and test would help maintain and (possibly) add some size, plus will help with strength. if i could cut down say 5%BF, and maintain a very similar level of strength then i'll be very happy!! i kepe having a 'crisis of faith' in terms of what physique i want, and ot be honest, im not all that fussed about bein massive anymore..i wanna look 'very good', like a heavy fitness model eventually. thinks about tie io concentrated on that rather than just eating for the sake of eating. gonna be much more trict with everythin from now on!trying to cut back on going out so much which should be easy as i have 4 Gigs lined up for the coming months so will use those as my 'nights out' and not drink.. :-)
loving this routine, especially with my addition of OHP :-), and im going to increase my cardio from 45 mins on non weights days to an hr, so plan will be

monday-
upper heavy + BB complex

tuesday-
1 hr cardio and calves

weds-
lower heavy + 2 mile bike sprint

thursday-
1 hr cardio and calves

friday-
upper reps day + abs circuit + 100 pressups (timed)

saturday-
early morning 1 hr cardio

sunday-
DAY OFF

thinkin if i eat maintencance cals for a while, with all that output, i should slowly trim off some fat, increase fitness at the same time :-)
really want to get down to a 32" waist again from the good old days of when i was playin a sh1t ton of cricket :-).
so yeh, i may implement some carb cycling now and again if i feel maybe im gettin 'too small' :-0 haha, but for now will be reducing cals from what i have been eating recently..

Solid session mate, I think every set saw you doing more reps than I can do with teh given weight (obviously 97.5 won't even budge for me ATM LOL).

Hows about, what I'm considering, having a bi-weekly diet cycle. Keep your cardio etc all the same but have a 2 week strict cut then 2 week bulk (or more maintenance). I figure with a 12 week course that should work quite nicely

could be a good idea mate.
something just isnt quite right at the moment with my diet and ive felt like ive been eating well too :-(
plus im not well at the moment and its gettin on my nerves massively!! so pist off!!
might just be a bit of 'the blues' kickin in, maybe holdin a bit of water cos of the flu as well.. gonna try train tonight! i cant be botherd missin yet more gym so quickly after xmas..

yeh OHP is goin nicely again! good reps too. the 97.5 set was tough but felt great when i got the 3rd. not too far from where i was when 'on'. think i got 100x4 once on cycle, so pretty close

2.5kg off your cycle max.... that's excellent, mate.

I hear you with the diet thing. I feel like I've softened out a bit ATM. I'm trying to be realistic in that I'm not a million miles off but it still bugs me and have controlled my cal quite a bit more than usual this past couple of weeks

as soon as i start gettin worried about it i stock up on oat cakes and just eat them as my carb source :-) hha..

ok so just got back from the gym, started well, tailed off quick!

WEEK 3
UPPER1
Bench-
132.5x6
142.5x4
147.5x2

Incline DB's
34kx19
34kx14

DB row // superset // rope pushdowns
48kx10 // 56kx10 --- only managed the 1 superset. Really did me in, couldnt catch my breath, felt soooo weak!

BB shrugs // Db rear delt raise --- SUPERSET
120x10 // 8kx12 * 3 supersets

did these as theyre no where near as taxing as the other superset and wanted t get some of the session out at least.
didnt do the complex for obvious reasons!!

this 'flu' or watever it is, is really killin me!!! feel completely run down, dont even have much in the way of blocked synuses etc, or 'snotty' nose :-) haha.. just feel like death!!
this best shift as i have far too much uni work t do, t be ill and leave it til last minute again.
