cheers dude.. yeh i used t go and see a chiro yrs ago when i was at school and he definately helkped!! im gonna get onto the mother, see if she can help with this cos i need it!! i know the main problem tho!! my piss poor flexibility... i need t work on this as well as get some professinal help... and yes... i have already had an offer for a nice oily massage from a lovely young lady which i will duly accept this weekend i think :-) haha

i remember putting my back out in the gym and felt myself stiffening up like a rod was placed down my spine. couldnt tie shoe laces nothing... i was asked to go down the beach so i accepted, moving with bare minimum movements into the car and meeting up with them. they started to throw the frisbee later and i tried to join in, feeling like an old man. after 30 mins i could pick it up after an hour i was running for the frisbee 2 hours later i had someone on my shoulders diving off into the sea! moral of the story, play frisbee!!!! no, seriously, keep moving... i was a bit sore the next day but i know if i stayed still i would have been stiff for ages.

yeh im gonna get out the house in a bit and have a walkabout.. felt much better gettin the blood thru it in the gym yesterday.. was sayin t my mate yesterday.. some injuries u just need t push thru and they go.. some however, just get worse, and then there's a problem! :-(

Agree with the keep it moving mate. Get walking about and try some light stretching to help loosen it off.

yeh gonna head out for a walk later fella.. ok so today- decided against doin SLDL's, these would just aggrevate it so hammered the lying leg curls- Leg curls- 60x8 67x8 74x8 74x7 67x8 Pull ups- +10kx5 +15kx5 +20x5 +25kx3*2 BWx10*2 Chest supported rows- 90x8 100x6 90x8*2 Hammer strength shrugs- 70kx12*4, last set dropped to 45kx10 finished with some bicep stuff which was nice :-) ha. good session, bit gutted i couldnt do the SLDL's but i need t keepo my head and be clever about things and these were just not gonna happen today.. but hammered the leg curls so at least got some ham work in there.. back got a nice session too.. finished with some decent bi stuff, few sets DB curls, then a few quick hammer strength preachers.. headin out for a walk later, and, inspired by I.B, i am thinkin of doin some unfueled cardio every mornin outside.. i dont live far from the quayside here, which is a really nice area to walk around, so gonnahead down there tonight and tomorro mornin.. will try do this at least 4 times a wk :-)

ah ha.. mate i did a few mins after my leg curls yes.. the leg curl machine is over my the med balls and stretchin mats etc.. so went and had a lie down, put one of the med balls under my ham and rolled back and forth on it for a bit, same with the other leg.. then got one of the big exercise balls and lay on that and stretched my back out... also did some stretches at home before i went.. stretched out my glutes and hams! :-) will do some more in a bit too after my shower..

Good to hear your stretching mate, hopefully it eases up over time. Iv started stretching quite a lot before my workouts and feel like i get some funny looks lol, but id rather look a tit swinging my arms and legs about than hurt myself again lol.... Frisbee sounds like fun though.... i say try it lol :)

so weighed myself after the gym yesterday.. i always wait til the end of the session, and its always with my bag on, (dont know why i do this, but ive started so i'll carry on :-)...) and it said 111.5 kg.. which works out at around the 17st 7lbs mark... mybag doesnt weigh any more than a kilo or 2, so im lookin at around 17 st and a couple of lbs maybe at the moment... dont really wanna get much heavier, but would like to improve condition again so as i said cardio has been added in.. had a good walk last night and will be doin the same today as well..

well, ive got 4 abs showin quite easily, and some of obliques.. but i tend t hold fat/ water around belly button.. so lower abs wil probs only come out when im fairly low... i reckon i hover between 13-15% mate..think im holdin a bit of water at the mo from the P plex, but water will be shifting over the next few wks... and addin cardio in will hopefully help bring weight down to stablise at around 17st :-)

lovin UFC 100 so far.. been watchin the showing since 9pm... unfortunately to help me stay up i think ive consumed around 2 bottles of red wine and about 21/2g of coke..... gettin a bit worried about this t be honest... my last 4 weekends have been built around gettin off my t1ts on coke/ pills/mdma/ket/weed etc etc... not good!! not the lifestyle of someone wantin t build a great physique!! anyway, great night so far, very happy henderson and GSP won, hopin that lesnar destroys Mir now too... great fight from lesnar!!! lacked a bit of class after the win, but i guess thats his character!!
