Sounds like you're in decent nick mate. I've decided to take the next 4 weeks before I go on hols to sharpen things up a bit, cut carbs a tad and banging some ECA in there... we'll see, cutting is usually the thing that comes easily to me.

cuttin comes easy? wish i could say the same mate.. i hate losin strength, i hate the headf*cks, however i am going to have to brave it... im goin to carb cycle after pct with some cardio added in until november, then start my new cycle.. thru that cycle i will be cycling carbs again, and usin some cutting meds i think.. like u, im really wanting to try and sharpen things up now.. i have plenty of weight t play around with.. but wanting to do it gradually to try maintain as much strength as poss.. im probs about 108kilos right now (naked.. ;-)..) so im thinkin of playin around with carbs and cardio and tryin t stay above 100kg's but addin some mass along the way.. so not so much of a cut, as a 'cut oriented recomp'.. haha!!! i like t keep it simple... ;-)

ok, so today- Bench- 130x5 150x3 160x3 170x1+1 assisted PB 150X3 140X8 140X7 Incline bench- 120x5*3 110x8 110x7 finished with some pushdowns and some DB pinwheell curls.. felt good ive definately got more than a 170k bench in me! as i said, heavy saturday night and dint eat much yesterday as a result.. niggles were playin up, but nonetheless im happy with 170k, i think 180 will be there by the end of the PPlex cycle..(i hope).

today- front squat- 100x5 120x5 140x3 140x1 --- spat my dummy, somethin dint feel right today! the 100k felt like a car Back squat- 140x8 160x5 170x1, dropped to 140x4.. single leg leg press- various shenanigans on here which were good and highlighted my left leg is much weaker than my right!! this shall be worked on!!! finished with some abs and calf work.. bad day!! somehtin dint feel right, backl held up ok, but still, everythin just felt so heavy!! wasnt my day i guess.. but i still got 140x3 so all's not lost... i think my sh1te flexibility is seriously becomin an issue and definately a hindrence (sp) to progress... so this too shal be worked on, and i f*ckin mean it this time!! i have plenty of time on my hands so i have to get it sorted!!

Thank fcuk, you are human...! First time doing single leg stuff is an eye opener isn't it? Honestly, how's your form and tempo on you FS? If flexibility is becoming a problem I suspect you may be pulling yourself out of the right groove and ROM on you FS giving you some good days and some poor. Also heavy FS, BS AND LP has got to take it's toll, surely... again, especially if flexibility is not on the mark. That said, as we have all said to each other, you get these days, man. It sucks. Is it your body saying give me a break, is it just a bad day? Only you can know but we all know these days come and go. Just remember the bigger picture.

dv- i think it is a culmination mate of a bad day and my bad back.. felt stiff thru the lower part of my back and thru the groin so i was fairly hesitant on the way down etc, and then flexibility comes into it 'in the hole' and when tryin t get out the hole..as ive said before, due to the sh1te flexibility, on the way up its like im almost good morning'ing the weight up sometimes.. i went fairly light with the one leg leg press, but stayed within the 10-12 rep range.. really was an eye opener mate.. the left leg is weaker from a few yrs back.. i had a trapped nerve in my back and couldnt walk or put any pressure on my left side as thats where the pain from the nerve impingement was, so 3 wks of puttin weight solely on my right side and not walkin very much at all took its toll... but it has been a few yrs and its down to ignorance that i havent tried to sort it out!! so its about time.. cheers Rio- yeh i think if it wasnt for the heavy weekend 'AGAIN' i would have had a couple more in me and maybe even a 180... fingers crossed anyway

any chance you can post a vid of your front squat sowe can have a look at your form? Maybe an idea as well to do some light sets of triples as part of your warm upto help you get in teh groove. Last time I did FS I did about 5x3 with 60k before the heavier warm up sets started and it seemed to do the trick to get me in the groove. I think I'm gonna go for 160k at cleggs gym on sunday - really excited about going there on the 19th, even went out and bought a new lifting belt today which will hopefully get tested on a 250k DL tomorrow.

will try mate yeh.. i did a fair few warm ups today, went with bar, 40k, 60k, 80k, 100k, then up to 120, but i still considered that t be a warm up, but just felt so f*ckin heavy!! im gonna get stretchin!! ive lost ground this wk on the FS, im gutted but i wont let it get me down too much.. :-( ive got an APT lifin belt that i havent even used yet.. its so stiff i keep meanin to try and wear it in but can never be arsed! :-(
