        yeh felt good today.,. dint wanna go much heavier on the OHP, into the 1-2 rep ranges, wanted a few solid sets at 3, then back down for the higher reps.. felt good tho, shoulders were 'kevin levrone full blown' afterwards tho!! :-) haha... ive made some v nice progress on my deltsa in the last 3-4 months, im a happy chap! :-)

          nowt t get excited about, decent session but just got a bit pist off with not bein able to do the SLDL's again and the niggles which are p1ssin me off.

          Lying ham curls-

          Pull ups- +weight

          supported rows-

          seated row- palms facing-

          hammer shrugs-

          various bicep curls, low rest.

          decent session, was happy with more progress on the pull ups..
          but they and the rows were aggrevating my wrists a fair bit..really lookin forward to the weekend off t be honest!
          think i'll stay heavy for the next wk, then in my last wk of this PPlex cycle i'll probably reign in on the weight for a week, in prep for the start of pct... :-( great! that's gonna be fun!

          not takin a wk off tho.. really cant afford to at this stage i feel.. i have pretty much a wk off at the end of august when i go to leeds festival so that'll do..

          im also thinkin now that my strength gains have pretty much stopped.. cant see much more happenin now.. maybe the PPlex will prove me wrong tho.. but ive been 'on' on either the test+SD or just this PPlex for almost 14 wks now.. maybe i shouldnt expect anythin else now..

            Gains will also be slowing if you are trying to keep condition on, up your cals a tad and you may well find things get a kick. However, 14 weeks is a while, especially with niggles, so you may now be fighting against yourself somewhat

                some wrist supports may help you with the heavy pressing as well but like DV said 14 weeks of continuous gains is a while so could be a good time to back off a bit.

                  yeh im findin that t be honest mate.. all heavy pressin, pullin etc, is bit of a psychological battle too.. the niggles are there right thru each movement and i have t kinda block them out ..then when im done, they flare right up for a few secs and then calm down a bit..
                  im happy with where my strength is t be honest, and like ive said im fancying tryin to bring my condition in line a bit more now..
                  these niggles are really takin away the enjoyment tho at the moment.. im turnin up to the gym, lookin at the weights/ bars etc, and feelin nothin but hatred!! haha.. :-(

                    shane- the libido has been up, then down now and again mate.. added in letro durin the cycle and the other wk too so libido dropped hile that was in the mix.. but it is ok now..
                    lookin forward to everythinn bein 'normal' again t be honest.. just not lookin forward to the inevitable drop in strength :-(

                    Mars- i do all my pressin with wraps on, but think i will invest in some proper decent ones as these have broken already...

                      100x6  -- was so pumped before the inclines i decided t keep it light and go for reps, but found it very hard today, front delts were fried and pumped t high hell..

                      pushdowns-
                      various increasing weights, around 10-12 reps.. last set was heavy and hard.

                      good session to start the wk with.
                      gonan get a v good one under my belt this wk, heavy weekend this weekend :-(
                      got a meetin wi the jobcentre tomorro :-), ive applied for jobseekers allowance while im lookin for a job, may as well, as im broke and findin a job up here for the summer at the moment is proving impossible!!! bein a student is sh1te!!!!

                        Nice pressing mate, lotta sets there. I much prefer, after heavy work, adding in higher rep work, bit of intensity is good for endocrin stimulation.... altho as you're supping with that it maybe is less relevant LOL

                          nah i agree mate.. think im gonna keep my incline benching work slightly higher reps than flat benchin..
                          had a great pump from the benchin work today tho, chest felt inflated :-)
                          the heavy benchin work really takes it out o me tho... after hittin my 'top end' in weight, tryin to find some higher reps with slightly lighter weight is f*ckin hard!!! every set after the top one feels about 20k heavier than it should do.. :-(
                          anyway, good session.. niggles were less obvious today too :-0

                            40kx12*3- slow controlled reps, massive stretch.

                            finished with calf raises and some cable crunches.
                            good session.. the fronty PB was good, although i will admit, it wasnt as deep as i would have liked, but still pretty deep, maybe not quite parallel tho.. but im happy enough with it!
                            fancied switchin it around this wk too and doin back squats first before fronties.. need t bring my back squat numbers up! becomin flexible will def help this as its a case of leanin forward to compensate the tightnes in back of legs.. :-( so weight isnt to much of an issue!!

                              Nice lifting.... but not reaching parallel,that is the sin of all sins. You will go to Weightlifting hell and train for etertiny in a gym with only 1 squat rack and 500,000 bicep boys with nowhere else to train!

                                haha... my fronties go to parallel.. like i said tho, i really struggle with back squats t get as low as i do on fronties cos of the flexibility issue! :-(

                                  You mentioned a APT belt. Which one did you get ? do you use any belt at the moment ?

                                    yeh i use a belt at the moment, just a fairly standard belt u'd see most gym people in.. got it yrs ago in barcelona and its served me well :-) ha.. but fancied buyin a proepr powerliftin belt a while back, but havent got round t usin it.
                                    not too disimilar to... APT belt , but mine was on sale for 30 quid last yr, so i think it was possibly the end of the range or somethin.. but its a big belt :-)
