    ok so last night did some more conditioning stuff..
    kettlebell swings (with a dumbell)
    ab rollouts
    and threw in some 27.5k ez bar curls too

    did that as a circuit for 15 reps of each, 10 sets, 20 sec rest between each round..
    felt good!! worried im losin too much weight now tho.. i look trime, lean etc.. but my head is sayin im lookin skinny too :-(
    tyhink ill bump cals up slightly again but keep the conditioning there
    goin t leeds fest next thurs, and dont wanna look skinny :-( haha..

    off t do quads now..

      not the best but ok..had last wk off from legs and felt it today.. felt a bit weak from restricted carbs too but not the worst sesh in the world.. left a tad early too as the liverpool game was kickin off..

      squats-
      100x5
      120x5
      140x3
      150x3
      160x3
      170x2*2
      front squats-
      100x3
      120x3
      130x3
      140x1
      back squats-
      100x12, dropset to 60x12

      left it there.
      thinki have either a)pulled somethin in my right arse cheek, or b) have a slight nerve impingement... somethin's not right.. felt it last night doin the Db swings.... hindered today on the front squats.. made me feel very weak in the hole... :-(

        I'm gonna have a little break from training soon and then do a joe defranco leg workout I've seen .. really like his stuff.

          yeh well next tuesday will be my last day till the following thursday for training.. goin t leeds festival next thursday and wont be back til monday or tuesday night.. so it wil be a ncie break for me.. although not a healthy one!! :-( haha.. lookin forward t some kickin back time tho..
          then back to the grind that thursday.. just solely focused on maintaining my strength thru pct and and beyond etc..
          head is tellin me im lookin v skinny etc but im puttin that t the back of my head at the moment.. if ican stay the same strength at a lower bodyweight then hopefully stands me in good stead for the progress i'll making leading up to and during my next cycle.. :-)

            I doubt to look skinny mate, what are you like 17+ stone

            Quick question aswell, on your last cycle where did you jab? Glutes? Quads? delts? Just wondered where you found the easiest / least pain etc.

                Yeah im just guaging were people find it most comfortable to jab, especially fairly early on in thier inj cycle history. Ive seem loads of logs and talked to many people about it and the general consensus is glutes but i don't fancy it as like you say you can't see WTF your doing properly.

                EDIT: BTW were you jabbing on the outer Quad? What kinda pain did you have from this, i mean could you walk and train straight / a day after mate? Its just im thinking Quads from the off.

                  yeh its outer quad mate..
                  no pain ever really.. either during or after injection..
                  one time i hit a nerve and it wasnt nce but that was it mate!!

                  no my ticket wasnt face value dude.. mine was more .. face value is like 175 i think.. well worth it tho fella!!

                    40x7  -- went lighter on these as i felt gassed, dint hold up too well either.. nothin in the tank... mustnt have eaten enough prior to trainin that day hence the 'hypo' feelin... ah well!!

                    finished with some laterals and pushdowns...

                    gonna have today off and do back tomorro.. quads are fahooooookin sore today from weds leg session!!

                        well.. trainin was goin wel mate, strength was holdin up til i went away.. hadnt really trained in the gym for almost 2 wk til just now..
                        women?? not really at the moment.. havin some down time :-) haha..
                        anyway, todays session.. seein as i only have 2 trainin days left this wk, thought id do an upper body session today and a lower one tomorro..

                        bench-
                        130x8*3

                        Seated DB shoulder press-
                        40kx8*3

                        seated row-
                        97x8*3

                        pulldowns
                        87x8*3

                        threw in a few cable upright rows and facepulls too..
                        just wanted somethin t get a good pump today.. shoulder pressing strength felt better than my benchin strength, but i havent flat benched for almost a month now, been goin heavy on inclines instead.. but everythin felt good.. and did onders for my head.. been feelin like a small skinny boy since i got back from leeds :-(

                        anyway, the new plan-
                        pretty much the same as the other.. but there's gonna be more structure..

                        monday-
                        shoulders
                        OHP - 5x3 + 1x8, or, 5 sets of increasing weight medley stuff ( probably every 3rd wk)
                        seated DB press- 3x8
                        DB raise- 3x8
                        circuit of upright row and facepulls -5x10 low rest, lightish weight ( tryin to really nail the traps from now on)

                        tues- legs
                        front squats- same as OHP
                        back squats- 3x8
                        lunges-3x8
                        ham curls- 3x8

                        thurs-
                        bench - same as OHP
                        low incline DB press- 3x8
                        CGBP- 3x8
                        bodyweight dips - 5x15 (10-15 sec rest)

                        friday-back
                        deads/ racks - same as OHP
                        chins - 3x8
                        DB rows- 3x8
                        shrugs- 3x8
                        ez curls- 3x8
                        hammers- 3x8

                        so yeh, there we go.. more structure to it.. every 3rd wk i may try push some doubles or even some 'manageable' singles.. but im gonna stick to 3's..
                        feel greta after today's session, first one back is always the hardest so im happy t have it done with..
                        will also be addin in some cardio when i can.. either after a session or 2 in the gym or maybe on days off/ weekend..

                          o and i must add, im still feelin the effects of leeds...
                          still feelin pretty rough, full of head cold etc.. but just had t go t gym, couldnt hack not bein in there anymore :-)

                          leeds was awesome too..
                          Kings of Leon blew my mind on the sunday night.. my favourite band anyway, and seen them before, but this gig they did was the best live gig ive ever seen.. unreal!!
                          so many good acts this yr too.. everyone played amazin sets, apart from radiohead, who i left about an hr in t go watch lost prophets..
                          unfortunately for those of u who would love to look at my beautiful boat race, i dint take any pics, no one did really.. bit gutted!!

                              Time out from the gym always fcuks with my head to. Like meeting a long lost friend (relative even) on return LOL. Nice welcome back workout that an dgood see some structure creeping in... or at last a plan to have some

                              Sounds like the festival was cool. I know I blaspheme here but you said Kings of Leon..... well the Mrs had me watching X factor last week and some guy belted out love is on fire (that is one of theirs isn't it). He was blinding tho.
                               
                              Anyway, know that your Hippy/traveler fest is behind you, time to knuckle down. I'll look forward to seeing if I should copy your sessons

                                yeh i had a f*ckin amazin time.. i love goin to it each yr but this yr was even better than last yrs..
                                the routine recently has always had some structure, but ive kinda just gone with the flow in terms of reps done on each set etc etc.. but now im gonna stay with a set range maybe only increasing weight slightly if needed through the 5x3's..thrown some slight conditioning stuff in there too as im liking the new condition i seem to be in, want t try hold onto it so cardio and some conditioning work will be in there too :-)

                                but yeh, definately time t knuckle down again,, uni is startin again soon so i will have plenty of time on my hands :-)
