Not bad for a guy who is turning 40 years old on August 7th (tomorrow). I think I will try and see how many I can do on incline press next time I do chest. I know it should be pretty high, becasue its my favorite lift....it should in the high 20's. I will let you know.

Yes and it looked relatively easy too, there is definately 50+ in there!

I on the other hand did a measly 10 or so, but it was comfortable, the first bit of benching i have done in ages but it was fun, i may try again soon, maybe i'll get 15-20.

On 225 I believe Ronnie Coleman did 75 or so at the arnold classic a few years back! ATM - I'd get between 20-30 at 220. Max is currently 495. On 60kgs I've done 56.
