^^ mate you must be well known in the powerlifting/benching community as 43 reps close grip bench with 130kg (if I read that right) is phenomenal. I knew one of the worlds top benchers (in his fed he was British and European bench record holder at mid heavy I think) and could only manage a paltry 33 reps with 3 plates a side (140kg) normal grip (not narrow).

There aren't many benchers in the world, let alone the UK, who could get 43 reps with 130kg!

What's your max? What fed do you compete in?

Not calling BS but if you're benching that amount then you must be known in the strength community!

I can get 20+ out on 100kg havnt done it in a while il shall video tape it on wed and chuck my efforts up in journal.

Just tried to start this up in my gym, people are being a bit shy with only one other posting a lift.
 
I managed 6 reps at 80.3kg bodyweight. Hoping for 8 in the next month or so as twice I have been very close to 7.

Tried this last week and got 22 reps. Didn't have a spotter though so possibly could've got another couple reps out with a spotter.

ill go in for 10 please, which to be frank im chuffed - had 4 yrs off training and could only get 3 reps 6 weeks ago - once i break 12 ill film it.

Other week i did a set of 20reps then 16reps then 10reps i stopped at 20 on first set but next time will go to failure see how many i can do.
My Personal Bests
Bench Press: 200kg

Squat:250kg

Deadlift: 275kg my aim is 300kg

Push Press: 132.5kg at the front 135kg at the back
No Steroids in this lifting machine!!!

They've just started this comp at the gym I train at, Peak Physique in Cardiff so I gave it a go tonight and did 41. I reckon I'll get 45 when my elbow heals! It was witnessed by about 25+ people too and the score is on the wall in reception.
