I'm reading several of Arnies many works of literature in order to master the psycological techniques needed to compete at the top level

AWG you will confuse sucking in and blowin out your gut and spoil your before and after shots

Papa you will get stung by bees in your final shots blowing up out of all proportion - these bees will have nothing to do with the minions i am currently training up to fly to the west country

Plus Blue wil presumably pose in his new high heeled shoes in some mistaken attempt to curry favour with the members.

I shall have you all, at last i shall have my revenge

Take your camera on holiday with you.
Take photos while on holiday with a copy of a local newspaper or something verifying the date.
Send the pics upon your return.

I will try again and if i dont finish this one then it'll be the end of my gym interest for quite some time, possibly for good...
Ive been considering taking a break from MT as injurys have stopped me going to the gym again. I had planned another go at the gym after xmas so this should be good.
