Does anyone else fancy the idea of members pitching in with their own prizes to up the ante a bit?

Not sure what exactly but i wonder if sweetening the pot might up motivation a bit?

Obviously i'm considering offering signed photos for 2nd and 3rd, and signed nude photos for 1st

Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

When does the summer shape up challenge normally run? I might aim my cut around that this year???

I think is started in march last time and ran until june

Yeah two is enough, just wondered when the last summer one was done because I'm planning a cut in the summer and thought I could tie the two together.

This would be intresting, although i hope the next challenge would be a good 3 months after the first one, need time to recover and prepare...
