4th January - 29th March

The next official shape-up will run for 12 weeks starting on Monday 4th January 2010. 

The competition will be open to all members and the winner, who shows the most progress in 12 weeks as decided by the members, will receive a prize of a £100 voucher donated by a Muscle Finesse!

The New Year, the perfect time to set yourself a challenge!

i was going to bulk untill march then cut but i think i may start my cut earlier instead so i can be in this :)

I'm reading several of Arnies many works of literature in order to master the psycological techniques needed to compete at the top level

AWG you will confuse sucking in and blowin out your gut and spoil your before and after shots

Papa you will get stung by bees in your final shots blowing up out of all proportion - these bees will have nothing to do with the minions i am currently training up to fly to the west country

Plus Blue wil presumably pose in his new high heeled shoes in some mistaken attempt to curry favour with the members.

I shall have you all, at last i shall have my revenge January Boot Camp is on !

Hmm the ship (going on a cruise) has an internet café, so I'll give it a go! I'll have a good starting pic as I'll have an awesome tan :)

Hmm, I'm very tempted. I think after 8 years I may be ready to actually post a picture!

I'd love to do it again but it will clash with a particular strongman event I wanted to compete in.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

I'm up for it. I'll be bulking until the end of January but that still leaves me with a couple of months to cut.

Take photos while on holiday with a copy of a local newspaper or something verifying the date.
Send the pics upon your return.

Also just thought on the timings point of view, had intended to get things rolling a lot sooner... starting this weekend, lol! Off rowing for first time in over a decade, should be amusing. If it works out though I'll have 2 sessions a week on the water - back and legs here I come

Ive been considering taking a break from MT as injurys have stopped me going to the gym again. I had planned another go at the gym after xmas so this should be good.
