After 12 weeks of training, dieting, bulking, cutting, tanning and waxing, the following six contestants received the most votes in last weeks polls. It  has been a close contest so well done to everyone who took part.

Full respect to everyone for having the guts to post before and after pics up,papa you have an impressive physique mate,jealous of that tiny waist.

Based on who's made the best progress rather than best physique,it was between welshy and AWG for me,AWG got the vote 20lb weight loss 4 inches off the waist is excellent going.

If its on weight lost I lost 35lbs (17 stone 7lbs to 15 stone) and went from 38" waist to 33"
