Im torn, I votedn for PL in the heats but AWG has transformed himself. I thought of voting for Welshy but decided she had an unfair advantage in the posing wear front...  Ill be back to vote.

Congratulations to one and all, like my politics I shall keep my vote to myself but have to say that there has been fantastic progress by all. If I'd been more determined I could have given AWG a run for his money and maybe even PL. Great work guys!
Next time maybe we should have different categories to cover all aspects and types of training.
e.g Women only maybe just to get more women taking part. Welshy some great after photos and befores as well, that half inch can make all the difference.
Assisted, Unassisted, Unassisted Over 40's only called jps group. (ha ha)
