lol, true jon, but apart from brad and geroge they are the 2 best guys to be under.

im after 600 totals if i can muster the energy, especially when my overly tight suit arrives.

Not sure on current figures as been training at home for past 2 years and only have 260kg of weight to play with (reping this for about 6-8reps for DL) but previous max lifts are as follows......


Squat 190kg
Bench Press 180kg
Deadlift 310kg

Total= 680kg

No mate, never got your email.

Took about 3 weeks from memory.

Just got back from my squating session, completed a new 220kg 1rpmax. It felt very comfortable and it been a good while since i have even gone below 10 reps on this lift!
Got it recorded on my phone so will get it posted once i work out how, or i beat it
