and this powerlifting comp is supposed to be unequipped-Joethoms squat 380kg was equipped as was Dels 390kg! unequiped only!

If it's unequiped Dale does that mean no straps???

my squats bad because of weak legs ( i cant train them properly)
in the past ive benched 100kg at the same bw

ive got an average 94.5 kg to find???

yea, some of these guys are world class lifters mate, in the end the only person we are competing against is ourselves.

Those are then Jonny. I think WPO uses 4 classes in some comps (the "super open catergories") - maybe we could do the same? Lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight and superheavyweight.

Lightweight 0 to 75kg
Middleweight 75.01 to 100kg
Heavyweight 100.01 to 125kg
Super Heavyweight 125.01kg and over

How does that sound?

Body Weight - 78kg
Bench 120 kg
Deadlift 200 kg
Squat 150 kg

Total- 470 kg

Will give that a shot jonny mate and see how it looks at the moment i come in over 100kg but hopefully i will be liftin a little more with less boyweight
