i cant drop your 1 rep max on the squat tat - once you have done the lift , you can never un-do it....

Thought I would post my current PB's on here as of the last couple of weeks

Squat 3@160kg
Did 1@170kg but I am not 100% if I got below parallel so won't count

Bench 4@100kg

Dead 1@170kg

Total = 430kg@96kg

I prefer OHP to Bench and can rep 3@80kg

Hoping to get my total to around 460-470 and then going to look at stripping some lard prior to upping the weights
ideally I would like to hit 500kg@90kg

New deadlift for me at 220kg.
